From the Editor
We are into the 2nd week of Term 4 already. The weeks
ahead are crucial with final
year exams not too far off. Have you devised a proper
study and revision plan for
yourself yet? Better get moving, don't procrastinate,
time waits for no man... and
all that jazz! Anyway, if you have not started, here
are some tips for you:
Tip #1: Read "How to Prepare for Tests
and Exams". Follow the guidelines in the
section on Study Preparation and devise your own study
plan and time table.
Tip #2: Read through "Strategies for
Learning English, Math & Science". There
are
many useful and practical tips which you may apply
in your study or when tackling
questions.
Tip #3: As you progress in your studies, you
may find yourself overloaded with information, more
than you can handle. Check out some useful strategies
you can
apply in "Strategies for Remembering Information".
Tip #4: Above all, set aside time for yourself
to recharge, relax, and exercise.
Don't burn yourself out. Stay cool and be healthy.
News - National StrITwise
Challenge
ASKnLearn, the parent company of Singapore Learning,
is proud to be appointed the
preferred training partner for the above event. StrITwise
is an IT challenge organized
by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore
and the School of Infocomm
Technology at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. It provides the
avenue for secondary schools
