Celebrating Teacher’s Day
Kids, Teacher’s Day is just around the corner. Why not take some time to plan your gift ideas and make this a really special day for your favourite teachers? Here are some suggestions you could try out on your own:
- Create your own gifts for your favourite teachers. Check out this website for some craft ideas.
- Send your teacher an e-card to show your appreciation. You can also download beautiful Teacher’s Day wallpapers into his/her computer.
- Write your favourite teacher a poem. Before you do that, here’re a few poems you can read for some inspiration.
- Tell your teacher how much he/she means to you. Create your own blogs at SingaporeLearning.com’s Cool Share feature. Invite your friends and teachers to read your blogs.
We hope students everywhere realise that teaching is not such an easy job. There have been many inspirational teachers throughout history, for example Albert Einstein and Confucius. Let’s read about their inspirational stories here.
