Healthy Teens, Happy Teens
We found more goodies at the Health Promotion Board’s website. The site contains videos of two exercise programs, namely the ‘Let’s Stretch’ Program and the ‘Work Fit’ video. Here’s an idea of what each exercise program is about:
- ‘Let’s Stretch’ program — Stretch your way to fitness with some easy-to-do exercises tailored mainly for computer users and those with desk-bound jobs

- Work Fit video — Participate in this invigorating all-over body exercise program and feel the difference in your energy level instantly!
The videos listed are in the English language, and are between 5 to 15 minutes long. You will need to have a HIGH BANDWIDTH connection (cable modem and/or ADSL) to view the videos.
