You will need to have the following minimum system requirements to view the online learning content:
- Pentium 3; Recommended Pentium 4 and above
- Internet connection
- Adobe Flash Player 8 or above
- Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
- RAM of 512MB (minimum recommendation)
- Microsoft Windows XP or Vista
- Resolution 1024 X 768
- CD ROM drive, sound card, microphone and speakers

Edit3) Do I need to install a third party software to view my online content?
- Yes. You are require to install the latest AdobeTM Flash Player. AdobeTM Flash Player is free and is available for download in the internet. Please click Get Flash Player now!
- Follow the instruction to install Adobe Flash Player in the AdobeTM web site.
- You alse need to install the latest AdobeTM Shockwave Player. AdobeTM Shockwave Player is free and is available for download in the internet. Please click Get Shockwave Player now!
- Follow the instruction to install Adobe Shockwave Player in the AdobeTM web site.
- You also need AdobeTM Reader. AdobeTM Reader is free and is available for download in the internet. Please click Get Adobe Reader now!
- Follow the instruction to install Adobe Reader in the AdobeTM web site.
Edit4) Why do I always see a blank page after I launched the content?
- Do you have AdobeTM Flash Player installed on your computer? If no, refer to Point 3.
- If you have AdobeTM Flash Player installed on your computer and a blank page still appeared, check whether you have Turn On the Pop-up Blocker in your Internet Explorer. If yes, go to Tools under Internet Explorer, select Pop-up Blocker and click Turn-Off Pop-up Blocker.
Edit5) Why is there an Internet Explorer Information bar when I launched my content?
- The Information bar is the place where Internet Explorer displays information about security, downloads, blocked pop-up windows, and other activities. It is located at the top of the webpage.

- Click on the information bar and select "Allow Blocked Content".
Edit6) Are there any other configurations to be done on my computer and/or my networking devices to access this service?
No, there is no need for any configuration changes on your computer or routers to access this service.
Edit7) Why can't I login?
- Make sure the cookies settings in your browser is activated
- Make sure your firewall, if you have one, is configured correctly to allow cookies setting.
- If you have done step 1 and 2 and still unable to log in, we recommed you to disable your firewall completely and try logging in again.
- Most of the times after disabling the firewall, one will have no problem is logging in.
- We will not offer any technical support for the proper configuration of firewalls.

Edit12) I have subscribed similar content package through an e-learning plan in the school which my child is attending. Are the content the same?
- Most of the lessons in different levels are differentiated. Additional online quizzes, game and multimedia resources, exam papers and notes are available in selected package.
Edit13) Are these content aligned to the Ministry of Education (Singapore)?
- These content are mapped closely to the MOE syllabus. In spirit of the teach less learn more initiative adopted by the MOE, we attempt to have an “enquiry approach” to enhance and broaden the teaching and learning processes.
Edit14) How frequent is the content going to be updated?
- There is a team of writers and developers who are constantly making the content fun and current. We are constantly adding new games, multimedia lessons and interactive activities into the packages for all subjects and levels.
Edit15) How can my child benefit from using the multimedia materials?
- The materials are comprehensive and have a wide range of subjects. We place a strong emphasis on the Mathematic and Science subjects.
Edit16) How does the content benefit my child’s learning?
- The multimedia contents contain rich-media presentations, auto-marked quizzes and simulation that are recommended for supporting independent learning.

Edit18) Disable Allow This Webpage to Access Your Clipboard Pop-Up Warning Message in IE7
This security feature can be disabled. To disable the pop up warning message about possible harmful or unauthorized Clipboard access, follow the steps below:
1) Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
2) Go to Security tab.
3) Select “Internet” zone, then click on “Custom level…” button.
4) Scroll down to “Scripting” section (at the bottom few).
5) Under “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” option, check or select (tick) Enable. Default action for this option is Prompt, which cause the pop-up message whenever there is any attempt to access the Clipboard.
6) Click Ok twice to exit from Internet Options.
Edit19) When Quiz being done but results not show on report card?
1) Firstly You must check whether it is a trackable quiz or non trackable quiz.If it falls on the trackable quiz and not shown on the report card, please email to sgsupport@singaporelearning.com
Edit20) Users using Internet Explorer 8 running on Windows Vista, who cannot access the quiz.
